I have personally experienced deep, joyful, and lasting transformation through my own Zen practice, which I learned during the years I was in graduate school at Oxford University (mired in plenty of stresses!). 

Now it's my life's work to share these beautiful and unusually effective techniques with you, wherever you are in the world and your own life path.
